Shipping policy

Delivery will be made once the product is paid in full.  Please note that if we are unable to deliver due to vehicles/objects being left in our way, we reserve the right to charge a $50 re-delivery fee.  In the event that we attempt to deliver for a second time and vehicles/objects have not been removed we reserve the right to refuse service.

Please alert us if your driveway is narrow or steep, as we will need to assess and see if our delivery vehicle will be able to access the site.

Finally - please ensure your property is clearly marked and easy for us to identify, there is nothing worse than trying to deliver and coming to an area where everyone's letterbox numbers are missing!
